Teachers Create Their Own Apps

Smart phones are everywhere, and almost everyone, even kids, can now have access to smart phones. And this is one factor that has led to the proliferation of apps. Any app one can think of is already there. But not quite! There are teachers who would love to create their own apps, what with their hectic teaching jobs.

But everyone knows that creating an app is more than just writing a title, and laying claim to it. It takes a creative mind, and someone who knows coding, programming, and the whole IT stuff. So how about a teacher who has all these? Do they have the time? Do they know how to publish an app?

And if at all, they successfully did, then would the app appeal to the students? Let’s say a teacher creates an app which contains all the formulas in Mathematics, or even an app which has all the notes, and the students don’t have to copy notes anymore. How about an app which gives step-by-step guide for different formulas?

But all is not lost for those teachers whose resolve to create their own apps has not been dampened, even after all this information. There are actually free resources in the internet that can help them create and publish their own Apps.

The downside is that they have limitations on how far one can customize their App. But there are always versions where one needs to pay before using, for those who really want to customize their apps. Sample these:

The App Development Software is free software, with eclipse Classic as an example. The good thing is that it works on most mobile operating systems, as well as desktop operating systems. As much as it comes with extras such as debugger, editor and various plug-INS, it still needs a user who has some prior knowledge of coding.

Not to worry, there is more! The Appmakr software works on androids and iPhones. The advantage with this software is that for those using the free version, they will have the option of coming up with a test app, just to view the finished product. That’s encouraging!

How about the free Appsbar software, which allows one to not only create the app, but also to share it on social media sites? And let’s not forget the Appypie software, which can be used by those who have no knowledge about coding.

The positive thing with this software is that once the App is done, one doesn’t need to worry about how they will publish it. This is because the software will do all the publishing to the appropriate App stores.

Appery.jo software comes with an editor that allows one to create an App in the cloud. Once done, it is also possible for it to be moved elsewhere for hosting purposes. These are just but a few of the software that can be accessed by anyone who wants an App.

This is definitely a good thing for those teachers who want to create their own apps, as they have a wide range of software to choose from. The only thing is they have to dedicate their time and money to creating the app. The good thing is once done, the benefits will be worth all the hassle, and the students will be more willing learners.
