The Importance of Communication - Written & Verbal
Our Communication skills are one of our most powerful tools for success. Suicide Prevention Officers talk distressed individuals out of tragic contemplation. When you are able to “speak well”, you allow yourself to be seen, listened to, and to help others. For example, Interrogators at times retrieve important information that will save lives, through persuasion. Fights are prevented when a peacemaker can successfully shine light on what’s right from wrong. Tears are dried after comforting conversation. The things we cherish and desire can be attained through communication. Choose to always feel supported by your very own conscious inner monologue, and vocabulary bank. Practice good communication skills.
- Relationships are based on communication: Invest in advancing your vocabulary so that you have more to say and different ways to say it, in time of misunderstanding or even romance.
- Knowing how to speak means knowing who you are speaking to: Know how to read them and how to entice them. Good communication means that you can connect with different people in different situations, and this is always a good thing for networking, and more.
- You can benefit from good communication skills in the work field as well. The most inspiring or persuasive messages, are normally relayed through rhetoric in presentations and speeches.
As humans, communication is the true leader of our civilization. Your dreams should refer to your vocabulary for aid. Anything can happen with good communication.
